DISCIPLINE POLICY
To maintain good discipline, our team puts great emphasis on positive relationships between the students, staff and parents. There are three strikes of disciplinary action. The strikes will be determined by how serious the act is or frequency of the act or both. Policy is as follows:
STRIKE I
1st offense: A warning. The student will be reminded of the rule he or she broke.
2nd offense: A temporary suspension. The student will sit out and lose an hour of participation.
STRIKE II
3rd offense: A week of suspension. Call parents notifying them of behavior and the necessity to pick the student up from the program and/or request assistance with the disciplinary process.
STRIKE III
We are unable to tolerate excessive disciplinary problems in our programs. Your student will no longer be permitted to attend and participate for the following reasons:
• Refusal to follow program rules (insubordination, etc.)
• If child inflicts harm on another child, causing injury
• Stealing
• Destruction of property
